With a background in fine art, as well as commercial and graphic design, she has the ability to communicate with her clients to produce a one of a kind piece of artwork that is as special and unique as the individual. All architecturally carved and etched glass is custom created by commission only in Angie's Pensacola, Florida studio. Each project is developed on a personal level with the client.
Generally, a building or glazing contractor supplies the glass and installation for architectural uses, however, she will also etch or carve glass provided by the client. Angie currently works with a number of quality builders and glass companies in Northwest Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
In addition to architectural applications, she also creates glass sculpture for display in homes, galleries, and businesses. While some of these works are inspired as a result of projects she has completed, others are inspired by her surroundings on the Gulf Coast. Some pieces are produced by carving, etching, and painting fine glassware and vases. Others are constructed using the same techniques on flat glass.
